Previously used Hebert’s Dodge Dealership in Shreveport. They provided Great Customer Service. Was in the market for another truck. Went back to Ford. Went to Hebert’s Ford in Minden. Doug asked me what I w They provided Great Customer Service. Was in the market for another truck. Went back to Ford. Went to Hebert’s Ford in Minden. Doug asked me what I was interested in. I told him I wanted to build a F250 Super Duty to my specifications. We sat down and built the truck I wanted. We then went to Chris Hebert’ to build the truck. Neither one of them tried to pressure me into buying what they had on the lot. They both were extremely helpful to explain the whole process of building what I wanted. They kept me informed on each step as my truck was being built and delivered. When I picked up the truck the Finance Manager asked me a few questions about wanting an extended warranty. He asked which amount of time and mileage that I wanted. He also didn’t try pressure me into anything I didn’t want. They gave me a Great price on the truck. Today was my second trip here. The first one I asked them to order mud flaps. After several months, I finally ordered them myself. I had a 9am appointment. After almost 4 hours, the tech came out to tell me they were done. They only installed the front 2. I go back to waiting for the back 2 to be installed. After a couple minutes they came to tell me that the rear ones won't fit due to running boards. Mud flaps go behind the tire...not in front...the technician had to get out the instructions before he believed me. Another technician kept insulting them, saying how ugly they are. They are finally done, but what an ordeal! More
