I stopped in to see a vehicle that I saw from the road. Trent came out to see if he could assist me and retrieved the keys for the trucks that I was interested in. We exchanged information and I was expecting pressure to buy but did not receive any to my relief. I called him a week or so later to test drive a couple vehicles and made a deal on one. Everything Trent told me that he could do got done. He was a pleasure to work with. At this point I am very happy with my experience at GWC. The before sales was good, after sales not so good. What bugs me is I get messages after sale about how truck is doing and I reply and get nothing back. On the way home with the truck i got pulled over due to a license plate light out. So I informed the salesman and got nothing back. A simple apology would have been ok but never even got that. I say I would recommend your dealer but I’m in the middle about it. I may or may not. More
