Awesome, kind, fun, and driven to help! I drove an hour to this dealership to test drive a used 2014 Ford Fusion. I needed a car ASAP as mine was no longer working, and even with the knowle I drove an hour to this dealership to test drive a used 2014 Ford Fusion. I needed a car ASAP as mine was no longer working, and even with the knowledge that I was in extreme need of a new car, no one was uncomfortably pushy. Dawn was very kind and helpful and when I did not like the used Fusion, she offered me the option of test driving a new one. As this would be my first new car, I knew it would be a long shot to be approved for a loan with no co-signer and a small down payment, and as expected I was not approved. Dawn and her team went out of their way to find me another vehicle on their lot that they thought I would have a better chance of qualifying for. After driving another car, Dawn went to see if I would be approved and came back with the news that her team had been attempting to find a way for me to take home the brand new Fusion, and that they had! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have a car and that I understood why it was easier for me to qualify for the new one and not a used one. They were a huge help to me as a first time car buyer and it was the best experience! They were all wonderful and very excited to help me become a new car owner! More

Doug never once tried to “sell” me anything, he only helped me determine if what we were looking at was going to meet my needs. He said to me at one point,” I’d rather help you find another truck than to have you come back and say this truck can’t do the job.” He understood well that you can’t always pick exactly what you want when buying a used, rather than new, truck and he was both helpful and patient while I aligned my priorities. This was very helpful in light of our busy work/kid schedule. At the dealership, we also met the manager, Jay, and worked with Trent to discuss financing options and extended warranties. We felt that we were making informed decisions throughout the process and that Joseph, Jay, and Trent were there to make sure we were buying the right car for our family.
