I would give them less than a star if I could. Their customer service and professionalism was lacking. The sales associate, Dominic, that took on us a test drive referenced drinking and driving wh Their customer service and professionalism was lacking. The sales associate, Dominic, that took on us a test drive referenced drinking and driving while on the test drive. While negotiating a price, he was a very poor communicator between the finance manager and us at the desk. He was also incredibly unprofessional while collecting income information. Trevor Fowler, the finance manager, was rude, and tried to rush us into a decision. When we asked for some more time to think and cited that we had driven a long way, he responded, "okay, I drive from Dallas every day too". Upon purchase of the vehicle, I requested the documents that I signed throughout the purchase process, and they were not delivered to me. They dodged my calls for about a week, and when he finally sent something, it was incomplete, and it included more than a thousand dollar mark up on an extended warranty that we had not agreed to. I purchased the vehicle over 2 and a half months ago, and I still do not have a copy of everything I signed on the purchase date. I had to cancel the warranty all together to fix it. The truck has had mechanical issues since, and the service department has not successfully fixed the largest of the issues, that should have originally been caught in a CPO inspection. All in all, if you're looking to buy, go literally anywhere else. I cannot imagine a worse buying experience, or customer service. More

The people who work at Shottenkirk are customer satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee satisfaction specialists. Oil change and tire rotation for my Jeep Wrangler were completed in the most timely fashion. I was offered water and coffee, while in the spacious and comfortable waiting room. There is also a nice seating area outside for those who need to stretch their legs and breathe fresh air. I will be returning to them for all oil changes in the future. More
