I wanted to purchase the CT6 Plug-In hybrid, of which no dealer in the northeast had one in stock.Long story short, he had one shipped from Georgia to Poughkeepsie for me when no other dealer where I live, which is in New Jersey, would even consider helping me find one or else they knew nothing about this type of car. He kept me informed, sent pictures when it arrived, and even gave me a price on the 2 cars I was trading in sight unseen,only from pictures I sent. They trusted me, didn't treat me like a thief. After my daughter and I drove the 2 hours, we were greeted in the parking lot by Trevor. All paper work was done in advance and all I had to do was sign. Trevor went over and explained every inch of this car which is like a computer with wheels. That alone took over an hour but I was never rushed,of course some things I have to look up again. I received a follow-up text the next day and he answered and sent links on some questions I had on charging the vehicle. He has done everything but drive 2 hours south and wash the car for me! I am a senior citizen and have bought lots of cars in my lifetime and never received the service and as a woman the respect as I have gotten from Trevor. I have in the past even walked out on people who wanted to speak to the "man." It is worth the drive to go there and if I trade it in before I die I'm taking another trip north. I was traveling a fair distance to see the car so Trevor went out of his way to send me video's of the car prior to the visit. When I arrived, I was greeted by Mike who walked me through the seamless and pain free process of the sale. So, I've dealt with quite of few dealerships over my life (Mercedes, Infiniti, Lexus, Nissan, Mazda to name a few) and I have pretty high expectations. This dealership is the new benchmark I'm going to use to evaluate all my future experiences against. Completely exceeded my expectations. I purchased a Trailblazer SS from these guys sight unseen and had it shipped to Texas. Excellent communication throughout the process. Lightning-fast responses from Trevor (either email or text) - and I had A LOT of questions. Asked him if there's any rust on the undercarriage and got two photos (front/rear) sent to my cell within 30min of sending the request for information. Very impressed. The vehicle was damaged by a shipping company during the shipment and was inoperable upon arrival to Texas. Trevor went out of his way to make sure the issue is resolved - based on my photos/videos helped me identify exactly which part was damaged (it was an aftermarket transmission cooler) and sent me the necessary info so I can get it ordered. I'm still trying to get reimbursement from the shipping company, but if it wasn't for Trevor this entire experience could've been much more stressful. Battery died within 10 days after I bought the vehicle - contacted Trevor and they will send me a check to reimburse for the new battery! Outstanding customer service. I wish we had a dealer like this here in DFW. None of the ones that I dealt with come close. More

This is not the closest GMC dealer to our home, but the fact that they are honest with their customers and make the sale happen with all parties happy, made it worth the trip for us. Justin Cook, our salesman, was very communicative with all steps, never felt like we were being ignored or not his priority. Knew our price point and made it happen.
