Made an appointment for a test drive. Arrived and, though there were many salespeople around, one fellow came up and asked if I was the person with the appointment. Already knew I wanted the car and to do a trade-in. The whole transaction took several hours (not a problem, just paperwork and a wonderful test drive) dealing with very nice folks including the “shadow.” Even drove the 1:45 to deliver the car and pickup the title. The dealership show room was great and they have a large selection of vehicles but I ask to be called back about getting a second set of keys and have not been contacted.
