The salesman Trey and his associates were very friendly and helpful. They listened to our concerns and desires and provided all of the information we needed. Deal went through without a hitch, as expected. Salesmen said he ordered our second key (it was not ordered and I had to come in and inquire which led to me figuring it out). Service center had goo Salesmen said he ordered our second key (it was not ordered and I had to come in and inquire which led to me figuring it out). Service center had good customer service but was impossible to get anyone on the phone to schedule my permaplate treatment (again something the salesmen said he was supposed to do/did and it didn’t get scheduled). Got all weather mats thrown into the deal and the salesmen didn’t give me the one for the back of the vehicle due to it being “too costly”. Noticed our first aid kit (included with car when viewing it) was missing and salesmen stated he contacted service and would have one for me after a lease turn in which was coming up…again didn’t happen. Had to go to the parts department to get it done myself. Spoke to sales manager who said he would resolve the issues and call me back…never got a call. Overall felt they cared about the sale and wrote me off soon after I left the lot. Wouldn’t recommend. No updates. More
