Service rep did a great job making sure we were satisifed with the work performed. Unfortunate that the work wasn't evaluated and all items repaired at the same time by the technician. Had to take the vehi with the work performed. Unfortunate that the work wasn't evaluated and all items repaired at the same time by the technician. Had to take the vehicle back in multiple times and file multiple insurance supplements. Again, great job by Trey and he did a fantastic job working with us and the insurance company for repairs. Technicians doing the evaluation and repairs could have been more thorough and avoided multiple trips back for us. More

I came in late afternoon(4pm) without an appointment but still they got me right in and out within 20 minutes. This was a due tire rotation with the many point inspection. Recommended window shield wipers still they got me right in and out within 20 minutes. This was a due tire rotation with the many point inspection. Recommended window shield wipers as old one were worn out which I did. Also they looked for discount coupons on line for me. I did have one in my maintenace book which saved me a few dollars.
