They were nice, however I spent over 8 hours total at the service department with multiple visits to fix the same issue with the drivers seat. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience of interrupting service department with multiple visits to fix the same issue with the drivers seat. We are very impressed with Trey. My complaint is that I took my car in for a service and water leak. They determined that it needed a radiator. Agreed to have it done and was disappo My complaint is that I took my car in for a service and water leak. They determined that it needed a radiator. Agreed to have it done and was disappointed when I opened the hood. Antifreeze had blown on top of the motor and the technician did not even wipe it down. I have not looked at the install yet but I will. I come from an auto parts and service world and could have taken it somewhere else but chose not to. Very disappointed in that part. Service writer great job. More
