I had a very disappointing experience with the auto service department at Petro. I brought my vehicle in for service because it is covered under a Nissan warranty, but the service advisor never made an service department at Petro. I brought my vehicle in for service because it is covered under a Nissan warranty, but the service advisor never made any effort to look into my warranty coverage. Instead, he repeatedly told me to call the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. I expected the service department to at least verify my warranty information or assist me with the process, but that never happened. There was no follow-up, no attempt to contact Nissan, and no effort to help resolve the issue. Customer service should include helping customers navigate warranty claims, not simply sending them elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. I was left feeling like my concerns were dismissed and that no one was willing to provide the level of service I expected. More
