Confused service department. Three attempts were made to get the part in. Part was finally found in Chatom Motor inventory. Appt was made for following week to have part installe Three attempts were made to get the part in. Part was finally found in Chatom Motor inventory. Appt was made for following week to have part installed. Showed up for appt to be told part had been installed the day before on someone else’s vehicle. They had my email & phone # from the appt confirmation. Was told they had tried making contact but I never got any communication letting me know they didn’t have MY part and would have to reorder one for my vehicle. Turns out the lady at the front didn’t know what the lady in the back knew. Lady in the back overheard the conversation concerning my part being used on someone else’s vehicle and spoke up about the part being in Chatom Motor inventory. My question was and still remains how were both ladies working steps apart and both using a computer system that I have to assume are “linked” have two different opinions on my part. Part was found and installed. Actual service was great. Part was a recalled part and ordered per my Vin #. Three phone calls, appoint to have part installed, one complete cluster on finding my part and part was installed and I’m done with Walt Massey. More
