So I had met Tristan a few months ago but at the time I wasn't ready to fully commit to getting a new car.He called me a few weeks ago and told me that he was just following up to see if I was now in the m wasn't ready to fully commit to getting a new car.He called me a few weeks ago and told me that he was just following up to see if I was now in the mark for a vehicle. I told him that I was.He told me that he had the perfect vehicle for me.He said he had a Ford Fusion Hybrid SE.He set up an appointment for me to come in and he spent a few hours taking me on a test drive and also showing me all the features of the car.Unfortunately I had a family member that had gotten into an accident so I had to post phone everything. I Tristan to tell him.He was very understanding. I called him a few days ago to tell him that now I am ready to buy.The only catch is now I am without a vehicle. He said not a problem and that he would personally come and pick me up and drive me to their car dealership. I was shocked I said why?He told me that he appreciated me being a Veteran and serving this country.I had mentioned to him that I was a Veteran.He came this morning to pick me up and drive me to the dealership.He even put my stroller in his BMW and helped me into his car and the dealership.After I signed the paperwork they gave me a full tank of gas and washed and cleaned the car.I have to say I in all my years have never experienced another person caring about another person as much as Tristan did for me.I will recommend everyone that I know to buy a vehicle from Tristan Chang.Thank you for caring about another human being and being sincere.
