I met Tristan yesterday at Rt 15 Used Car Center. He smiled and said no problem. He actually listened to what I had to say.I walk with a Walker and have issues getting around.He showed me a Jeep and a Hyundai Tucson.He was polite and very friendly. He personally took me on the test drive for both vehicles. When we got back he also did an appraisal on my older Dodge SXT.He was able to work out a great trade in price for my vehicle. I left with my new Hyundai Tucson.Tristan was honest and very sincere.It's great to still see people like that who are real and won't play games. If you want a great deal and you don't want to deal with a dealership that plays those games then go see Tristan.He is the real deal.I guarantee you will be glad you went to see him.Ask for Tristan. We have an HVAC Company and I must say in all of our years buying Vehicle's from Car Dealerships we have never dealt with someone like Tristan Chang.Prior to us meeting him we had ordered a few Van's fr years buying Vehicle's from Car Dealerships we have never dealt with someone like Tristan Chang.Prior to us meeting him we had ordered a few Van's from another dealership. They wouldn't even be ready until late February. Meeting Tristan at Rt 15 Used Car Center was such a blessing.We really needed to replace 2 vans.Tristan worked hard and showed us some great options and worked out a great deal with his finance manager and his manager to get us a really great deal Financing 2 of their Vans.We have a large fleet of Van's we will need to replace.When the time is right I will make sure I go back to see Tristan at Rt 15 Used Car Center.He is honest and a straight shooter and he doesn't play any games.I already told my family to make sure they ask for him.We are very happy with our Vans.Thank You Tristan!! I must say I was two seconds away from telling my wife that we weren’t going to this dealership, due to the fact that it was two hours away from our home. Boy am I glad that I listened to my wife! I have to say I was very happy with Tristan. Last Saturday I stopped at Rt 15 Used Car Center in Wharton NJ.At first I wasn't sure what to expect.I had 2 other appointments at 2 other dealerships Last Saturday I stopped at Rt 15 Used Car Center in Wharton NJ.At first I wasn't sure what to expect.I had 2 other appointments at 2 other dealerships later in the day.Tristan came outside and greeted me and said welcome to Rt 15 Used Car Center.He asked me how he can help. I Told him I had an older Ford vehicle with a lot of miles.I told Tristan I was sure I wouldn't get much for it.He smiled and assured me he and his dealership he worked for was very transparent. He said to give him the opportunity to appraise and he would work very hard to get me the best price for my trade. I had stopped there because I was originally interested in a Jeep Renegade. Him and I spoke. He told me he had another Jeep that was much better in price and would have all the features I was looking for.He showed me the car fax and also allowed mr contest drive it.I am also a Veteran.Before we even spoke about Jeeps he thanked me for my service. He said his mom was in the Army years ago.He was very honest and caring.He truly took the time to work out all the numbers and showed me everything. I was very impressed. I Told my wife about him and brought her to meet him today. I am very happy with my new Jeep and how I was treated.I will be telling my fellow friends and veterans and friends and family to go see Tristan Chang at Rt 15 Used Car Center.He is trust worthy and great.I will definitely go back there to buy from him. First of all I can’t possibly say enough to describe “Tristan”!!!!! But I’m going to say I honestly have never met a more truly sincere, goes above and way beyond in every way, not just helping you find “Tristan”!!!!! But I’m going to say I honestly have never met a more truly sincere, goes above and way beyond in every way, not just helping you find and purchase you’re perfect vehicle, but as a truly good human being who really does care about you as a person, in this world that is very rare to find!!! He honestly cares about people and although he most certainly has a life of his own was always taking time out to make sure I knew he cared!! He is literally was what I know consider a true friend and would always just check in on me because I was in a really tough place and thought I would never be able to get into a car? At least not for a while, I don’t remember throughout our journey together when Tristan didn’t call or text me just to let me that he was working hard for me and even to make sure I was ok!!!! It was an emotional thing for me and Tristan knew because he cared enough to want to know about me, so I gave him a little of my story and literally broke down emotionally more than once😭! He was selfless and caring and really cared about me!!! Not just selling me a car, but me as a person and made it his mission to make sure he made my dreams come true!!!!!! I have made a true friend and I can honestly say he is one of a kind, and I am so grateful that I decided to go to Dover dodge when I did and I had read raving reviews about “ This Super Hero !!!!
