My new car purchase has turned into a nightmare! My recent August brand new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid purchase has been the worst vehicle purchase experience of my lifetime! Two weeks after purchasin My recent August brand new 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid purchase has been the worst vehicle purchase experience of my lifetime! Two weeks after purchasing the vehicle the check engine light came on. I took the car in for service. The vehicle was kept overnight. I received the car back and the same day, hours after getting the vehicle back the check engine light came back on. In addition to the check engine light on the parking light came on. The dealership staff did loan me a lesser loaner vehicle. I have been calling trying to get updates. Other than the professional service department employee it is almost impossible to get a response from management. Where is the energy that sold me the vehicle? Stay tuned! I am willing to alter my review upon CDK making this matter right! More
