Not only was he courteous, he showed genuine concern for my situation and he ensured I was well taken care of throughout the process. WHen he realized that the service was going to be more involved than a one day visit, he equipped me with a rental to get me on my way. I realize that Tristan can't do it alone, the customer oriented processes and procedures enable him to provide exceptional support and assistance. So to fully explain my experience, I am thrilled with the Kline technicians as well, they were thorough in their assessment and experts in their field. Their recommendations for fixing the sliding door on my NVPassenger were point on. This was the 3rd visit to a dealership to have the noisy door looked at, therefore, the silent ride home was a welcomed result of my visit.
