As we had a disagreement we decided we wanted to leave and she called our salesman and told him to get us out of her office please. We were about to leave the lot and Mike reached out to us and got us into the car that we came to buy for a great deal. Tristan was our final finance guy and he was absolutley great. I can’t recommend Mike Gerosin and Tristan enough, they made buying a new car such a great experience they are 10/10. If you go to Lithia Toyota Mike Gerosin and Tristan are a great duo ! More

First of all, let me preface this review by saying that we were not in a good frame of mind when we visited. Our beautiful Kia K900 had just had another issue, and we were heartbroken over it because we re we were not in a good frame of mind when we visited. Our beautiful Kia K900 had just had another issue, and we were heartbroken over it because we really loved that car. However, we knew that the issues were going to just slowly keep creeping up, and my husband recommended looking at a Toyota. He’s owned Toyotas for years and loves them. But, like I said, my heart was broken over my beautiful Kia. Anyway, Tristan was our sales person and he absolutely could not be nicer. I really didn’t want to buy a new car, but I ended up with a gorgeous beauty. The dealership was clean, accommodating, and everyone was super friendly. We even went to high school with the gal that did our DMV paperwork, Tracy Nichol. She’s amazing, and got us a great rate. So I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody, even on a stressful day when you don’t wanna get rid of your car and get a new one. Lol. More
