We had a no pressure buying experience with our sales person, Tristian, and Omar, the sales manager. Tristian knew all of the features of the certified used car we were considering so he was able to answ person, Tristian, and Omar, the sales manager. As someone who has owned 17 different Acura's—going all the way back to the very first 1986 Integra—I consider myself well-versed in the brand. Horrible service ripoff. Tried to upsell five unnecessary services as immediately needed. Tried selling us on 50,000 mile services ( trans flush, injector cleaning, rear differential service and a coolant flush. Our car has 4,000 miles on it and is only 5 months old. Find a better dealership. They are sleazy. More
