Unpleasant Experience I am sorry to share that me and my wife didn’t have a pleasant experience at Lia Honda location at Enfield, CT. We have been looking for a pre-owned H I am sorry to share that me and my wife didn’t have a pleasant experience at Lia Honda location at Enfield, CT. We have been looking for a pre-owned Honda CR-V 2018 and have visited several local dealerships. We saw a pre-owned Honda CR-V at Lia Honda at Enfield and called to make sure it was available. We drove for almost an hour to this location and we met a salesperson named Mr. Troy. Mr. Troy has a flat affect and doesn’t seem too motivated. However, we took a test drive and liked the car. When we sat down and asked to negotiate the price, Mr. Troy told us that the listed price is firm and made sarcastic comments for even asking for a better price. As I explained that we were hoping to get it at a better price possibly a thousand lesser than it is listed, he seemed upset and said, “Ok, we are done here”. He then pretended to do some other stuff and completely ignored us. Me and my wife felt that it was very disrespectful of him. He could have disagreed politely. It was quite an unusual experience as every dealership we had visited so far have some wiggle room for price nogotiation. We left disappointed and in some ways insulted. Later in the afternoon, he sent us a text, offering the vehicle for $1000 less, the price that we were willing to pay. However, because of his attitude and way he treated us, we didn’t want to deal with him anymore. I hope Mr. Troy will treat others with more respect. More

Most Comfortable Car Buy Experience! I was looking to trade in my 12 year old CRV for a smaller car with AWD. I had taken my car to Lia Honda for service a couple times and was very impre I was looking to trade in my 12 year old CRV for a smaller car with AWD. I had taken my car to Lia Honda for service a couple times and was very impressed with their Service Area so I figured I would see how the Sales Area was. Troy Conlin was my Sales Consultant and I couldn't have gotten better! Seeing that my other car was 12 years old, this was only my second time buying a car and the experience with him was miles ahead of my first time. He makes you feel at ease from the first introduction and not intimidated in the least to ask any and all questions. He was very personable, but better than that he is very knowledgeable about the cars. I am by no means a car person, but he was great at going over all of the car's feature in a manner where I understood everything he was saying. So from the Service to the Sales Area, my experiences at Lia Honda have been nothing but the best! I would also like to give a shout out to Jesse Robles in Service Area. The last time my car was in for repairs, he did an amazing job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process of what the necessary repairs were and where in the process they were. If everybody at Lia Honda is as good as Troy and Jesse, it is no wonder why I keep having nothing but positive experiences every time I go there! Great job guys! More
