The salesmen we worked with did not ensure our car was ready for being sold. We took possession of the car unknowingly with a nail in the tire and without a wheel lock key. The car also did not include the correct year of owners manual. I expected a Toyota certified car to be ready for delivery and the sales people to care about our experience and safety. More
