Love my 2015 Elantra I had been eyeing the Elantra for about a year or so. I did a bit of research on it and other similar vehicles. Once I actually test drove it, I knew I had to have this vehicle. The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He made this experience not complicated and it was a rather quick process. I was able to get a Veteran discount and because I had good credit, Allen Turner Hyundai did my financing. I didn't really have to haggle, as the price I was offered was a good deal to begin with. The building is very clean and I had great customer service. I would recommend not only the Hyundai Elantra, but I would recommend Allen Turner Hyundai too. More

The experience we had with buying my wife a 2014 Tucson from Allen Turner and Troy was so easy and with no pressure, that when we need another new car we went back to talk to Troy about a 2015 Elantra. Troy is very knowledgeable about all of the products and also very patient, as I went from car to car until getting to the one that was just right for me. There was never any pressure and the negotiations was very straight forward and painless. I feel that I got a great car for a great price. Financing as also very very quick and easy, I worked with Dominick who made sure I understood everything and he answered all of my questions. Service Dept has been phenomenal every time I have taken My Tucson in for routine maintenance. I would not hesitate to buy from Allen Turner and Troy again. More

Great experience After visiting 2 other Hyundai dealerships, I am so glad I decided to visit Allen Turner. I had decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. At the fir After visiting 2 other Hyundai dealerships, I am so glad I decided to visit Allen Turner. I had decided I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. At the first dealership I went to (in Alabama), I walked around the showroom about 20 minutes and was never spoken to, which I take as a sign of poor customer service. I had contact with the second dealership (in Mississippi) by email and then by personal phone contact. I told the sales person what I wanted and was told they had 3 vehicles equipped the way I wanted in the colors I wanted. When I arrived, I spent over an hour being jerked around with ZERO vehicles I wanted on the lot. When I went to Allen Turner, I was met by Troy, treated with respect and shown 5 or 6 vehicles to choose from. The first day I was in a hurry and left with no pressure from Troy. Two days later I went back and purchased a 2014 Santa Fe Sport. The experience with Troy, Matt and Ben was the best I have had purchasing a vehicle in over 30 years. Congratulations to Mr. Allen Turner, he has put together a team to be proud of. More
