I can honestly say Troy made this whole process enjoyable. I will definitely be back. My only advice to you, is keep Troy around there, as long as you can!! Deeply disappointed in our experience at this dealership. We came in with a vehicle in mind, and with financing lined up, and the experience still took nearly four hours. Troy, and the rest of the sales department, took care of us without question. However, our largest issue is with Kyle and the finance department. Understanding that dealerships are using the finance part of the transaction as an opportunity to upsell, Kyle appeared to become personally insulted when we refused all optional protection and upsell options. Between the length of time spent in the dealership, and our experience with the finance department, we have been actively sharing our negative experience and likely will not return to purchase another vehicle. More

Troy was phenomenal from start to finish. Before working with Troy I had called multiple dealerships and searched the web for a Jeep gladiator. I called Corwin and was transferred to Troy, and our buying pr with Troy I had called multiple dealerships and searched the web for a Jeep gladiator. I called Corwin and was transferred to Troy, and our buying process began. I’m in Dickinson ND about 300 miles away, Troy was answering questions and being by far one of the best salesman we have ever worked with. We thought we had located what we were looking for, but that specific gladiator was missing some of the factory options we were looking for, Troy mentioned that they were expecting another gladiator soon. Troy called and let us know the second it hit the ground and we began our trek to Fargo, after arriving and working with the entire corwin team (also they were all GREAT) we had completed our purchase seamlessly. Troy then really made himself shine after checking in on us after our drive home and also seeing if we had anymore questions on our newly purchased gladiator. I could not recommend anyone more !
