Great selection of new Toyota’s. Most I’ve seen I.searched all around town for the model / options I wanted with no luck. Most said they could get it but would take awhile. Best car buying experience I’ve had! This was my third highlander purchase in the past 15 years and by far the easiest and most pleasant. I started my search last fall at a different dea This was my third highlander purchase in the past 15 years and by far the easiest and most pleasant. I started my search last fall at a different dealership and got the dreaded “what will it take for me to get you in a car today?” line... I was very open that I had just started looking and had a lot of decisions to make, so it really reminded me why I hate car shopping. Fast forward to the Portland Auto Show and my folks’ chance meeting with Troy. He answered all their questions (sent via txt by me) and was super friendly. When it was time for me to finally take a test drive, I called Troy and heard back from him same day. He arranged for the test drive the next day. On the test drive, Troy was pointing out things different from my current highlander and the power of the hybrid engine. He never once was pushy, it was almost like riding with a friend that just knew a lot about cars. I still had some decisions to make and discuss with my husband. While Troy did give me an idea of price and monthly payments he never once made me feel pressured to buy. He even gave me a quote on my trade in, sight unseen! Once I made my decision to purchase, my actual car was located in Seattle. Troy drove it down and even offered to bring paperwork to my home to sign since I’d been busy with work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and only dealt with Troy. No sales manager or finance guy taking up all my time. It was amazing and I’m going to recommend Troy to anyone looking for a Toyota!r More
