They did not look at the pads. If you want to know how I know this, ask me. They said to take it to a Buick dealer, and see what they say. Why would I want to spend $100 or $200 dollars to tell me what it needs, when Wallace's mechanics should be able to. I took it to a trustworthy independent garage and they fixed it for $240, parts and labor. More
