Excatly what you want when buying a car! It was nice to show up with the vehicle you are looking to buy, and they had it out front shined up for us at the dealership! We bo My wife and I recently purchased our 14' Chevy Impala LTZ from Hawkins and I worked solely with Troy Sunken throughout the whole buying process. We bought from out of state but the communication was great from Troy, and everything was done by the time we showed up to purchase. After viewing all the photos and talking with Troy the car turned out to be exactly as I expected it to be. After a quick test drive we sat down to sign some paperwork, hand over the check and we were on our way back home. If I had one thing to ding the dealer on, not necessarily the salesman, the interior could have been detailed a bit better and our first stop we had to make was to the neighboring Kwik Trip to top off with gas as it had 1/4 tank of fuel left in it. Again, not a huge deal but it's the little details that set dealers apart these days. I'm a car guy and could tell Troy had a genuine interest in cars, and he knows the vehicles he's selling. I wouldn't hesitate to come back and would recommend them to anyone that is interested in a vehicle they have for sale. A nice small town Chevrolet dealer to work with. More
