When my car blew a head gasket, I had to make a decision whether to spend the money to fix it or admit it was time to trade it in. The service department was very patient while I took several days to do my research and weigh my options. When I decided to trade in and get a new (used) vehicle, Troy Sunken was very helpful every step of the way. He seemed to anticipate my questions and answer them before I even asked. He spent a great deal of time teaching me about all the features in my new vehicle and helping me get things set up the way I wanted them. The finance person, Tabitha Bicknase, explained everything thoroughly and did not pressure me to purchase any add-ons. Everyone I encountered smiled, said hello and treated me as if they had known me forever. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend Hawkins Chevrolet. More

Dealt with Troy Sunken .. 425 mile drive from the northern woods of Minnesota to pick up the 2005 Yukon XL for my wife . Great looking SUV that my wife loves .. problem was the dealership sent me back home up I-35 W through Minneapolis on a Friday afternoon with NO spare tire .. Very frustrated when arrived at home and discovered that the spare tire hoist and spare tire were missing .. followed up with Troy Sunken that next Monday and he didn't seem to concerned ..has made no follow up to supply a spare or refund of $$$ to purchase a replacement on my own .. feel that the safety of their customers while on the rode would be a little more important to them ..
