I have been with Hawkins Chevrolet for nearly 20 years in sales. I love connecting with new and old customers and helping them with all their vehicle needs. I was born and raised here in Fairmont. I'm married with 3 children and 2 dogs. My favorite sport is Baseball and enjoy the outdoors. My dogs love to go Pheasant hunting with me. I'm very committed to the customer experience. Loved the straight-forward and honest approach of the salesman; no haggling. We were shocked by the "red-carpet" to our new vehicle; nice treat. Everyone at Hawkins was very friendly and helpful. We have dealt with Troy Sunken for all of our purchases at Hawkins-there have been a few!! I was very impressed with Troy as an auto dealer. He greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in sel greeted us in the car lot, was very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Earlier in the day I went to a dealer that just didn't seem interested in selling me a car so I left without even test driving anything. Troy seemed interested in what I was looking for and what I didn't want in a new car. We test drove only one car. I then said I was going to Mankato to look. He said he would offer me a great deal and keeping business local made owning a car and getting it serviced a lot more convenient. I spent the rest of the day test driving in Mankato. What a let down. The salesmen/women were pushy and even if I said I didn't like a certain car, they still tried to push it on me. In the end, I came back to Hawkins and bought the car I had test drove earlier in the week. The price was good and by going online to their site, I was able to download and print a $200 coupon to be used for the purchase of my car. More

Chris Finck was the first person my husband met when he walked in the door at Hawkins and he was very welcoming and informative, without any sales pressure. He answered questions and took the time to get to know what we were looking for in a Suburban. We were happy with the price we got for our 2009 trade-in and VERY happy with the price we paid for our new 2012 Suburban. Our kids love the DVD player and they all think Hawkins Chevrolet rocks, so do we. We will definately buy another vehicle from Chris Finck and Mark Hawkins. Thanks - Renae & Chris More
