In our search for another vehicle we looked everywhere. We happened to find the perfect vehicle right under our noses at Hawkins. Troy Sunken was friendly and professional. The staff at Hawkins was great and very understanding of my children, who were less then thrilled to be car shopping with Mom. One staff member (Dale Splinter?) even took the time to play with my kids for a few minutes so I could have a few moments to speak with Mr. Sunken without interruption. During the purchase, I asked for a tail light to be replaced, although it was fully functional, I was concerned about moisture in it causing future problems. Mr. Sunken told me it would not be a problem, and had a new taillight assembly ordered at no charge to me before I even signed the papers. Tabitha Bicknase was great, she took the time to get to know me while finding me the best finance option available to me. On my drive home, I noticed something rolling around in the dash, I had not noticed during my test drive because I had 2 now very excited children asking questions. A few days later, I noticed some oil drips under the vehicle. I spoken with Mr. Sunken about both issues. Mr. Sunken and the staff at Hawkins stood by their sale and agreed to address both issues for me, at no charge. I am very pleased with my entire experience at Hawkins. In this day and age it can be hard to find a dealership that genuinely cares about the customer, most are only interested in the sale and leave you on your own the second you sign the paperwork. Not Hawkins, they went the extra mile to make sure we continued to be happy with our purchase. If they don't have exactly what your looking for, let them find it for you, you won't find a better buying experience then at Hawkins! More

After the purchase, I feel Troy went the extra mile, assisting us with setting up all the features our new suburban had to offer. He took the time to set up the onstar, as well as showing us how to set up our mobile devices to work with the suburban's blue tooth system. We contacted Troy Sunken in early September looking for a Chevy Traverse with low miles. We initially had a dollar amount to spend but after talking with Troy and locating the vehicle we wanted with all the Chevy Traverse with low miles. He was able to locate two vehicles at auction that fit our needs. The process was great from start to finish. We used financing and that process was well done as well. A lot of dealerships/salespeople tend to be pushy, overbearing, a I'd have to say that this was the best car shopping experience that I've ever had! A lot of dealerships/salespeople tend to be pushy, overbearing, and/or they lead you in the opposite direction(Having you look at cars that are either out of your price range or nothing like what your looking for). This was not the case at Hawkins! My salesperson was Troy Sunken and he did an amazing job. He was truly interested in helping me find a good car within my price range. I'm very impressed with this dealership! I had been car shopping for a month(online and at dealerships) and was starting to get discouraged. Then I came across the Hawkins website and found a couple vehicles that I was interested in. After I had read the reviews, I thought that this place just might be too good to be true, but I decided to call anyways. I'm so glad I did. I test drove one of the cars that I was interested in and was sold instantly. Things just kept getting better and better. Not only did I find my beautiful 2008 Chevy Cobalt with roughly 88,000 miles for $8,000, but Tabitha Bicknase found me an amazing financing offer that blew my bank out of the water! She also found me a reasonable warranty at a low price, as well as taking care of ALL the paperwork(And I mean ALL of it - registration, title, licensing, and etc., she even contacted my insurance company!) I just kept looking for the hidden flaws and reading the fine print, because this seemed almost surreal, but there were none! A car fax report came with every vehicle free of charge. They were honest and straight forward about everything, and I asked a lot of questions. The only thing that I can say that they didn't do was lower the price of the vehicle(which was already a great price). I'm very pleased with my overall experience from Hawkins. I would and probably will buy my next vehicle from Hawkins. I also received a $25 gift card just for showing up. On top of everything else that they had already done for me! More
