We had never bough a vehicle with Hawkins before. I can't say so many wonderful words about the whole team. Troy Sunken was the salesman who helped me. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership in my 59 years. No, absolutely no pushing and personally Troy immediately established a relationship of trus felt so comfortable at a car dealership in my 59 years. I am a good judge of character and he immediately impressed me with his interest in MY interests. He personally introduced me to the president, Tom Hawkins, as well as all the people who I might interface with there in the future. Can't say enough positives about the whole experience. I will be trading my purchased vehicle for a new one at Hawkins in the future. Other dealerships should take a lesson from Hawkins and specifically Troy Sunken. More

When I was asked about a trade in I again was treated very fairly and again Mark wanted me to ride with him when he test drove it and we talked about what had been done with My Avalanche, and I was given a very fair trade. Tabitha handled the paper work very quickly and was very personable. Troy again followed up within 3 days to make shure things were going well with the pickup. Tom then sent an E-Mail to thank us for purchasing from them and asked if we had any questions to give him a call. I went in to Hawkins to see if Troy Sunken could look for a used vehicle for me. As he was writing down what I was looking for, he said he might have what I wanted. Troy Sunken at Hawkins Chevrolet offered the best car buying experience possible. For starters, he stayed open late for us since we weren't able to make it til after hours. He showed us the carfax righ buying experience possible. For starters, he stayed open late for us since we weren't able to make it til after hours. He showed us the carfax right off the bat and answered every question we had. He then pulled the car into the shop and turned the lights on so we could see it better since it was dark outside, snowing and really windy. We were able to look the car over and he showed us how things worked and answered any additional questions we had. My husband then test drove it. We agreed to the price and started the paperwork for financing. Troy then proceeded to help me hook up my phone to the blue tooth system. He also hooked up and talked to the OnStar person for me. The free SiriusXM trial wouldn't go through that night so I called him later in the week and he then was able to contact SiriusXM and get that hooked up for me also. Buying a car through Hawkins Chevrolet and working with Troy was great. I will go back there for future purchases and have already recommended them to others. More
