Troy Sunken was the salesman who helped me. I have never felt so comfortable at a car dealership in my 59 years. No, absolutely no pushing and personally Troy immediately established a relationship of trus felt so comfortable at a car dealership in my 59 years. I am a good judge of character and he immediately impressed me with his interest in MY interests. He personally introduced me to the president, Tom Hawkins, as well as all the people who I might interface with there in the future. Can't say enough positives about the whole experience. I will be trading my purchased vehicle for a new one at Hawkins in the future. Other dealerships should take a lesson from Hawkins and specifically Troy Sunken. More

When I was asked about a trade in I again was treated very fairly and again Mark wanted me to ride with him when he test drove it and we talked about what had been done with My Avalanche, and I was given a very fair trade. Tabitha handled the paper work very quickly and was very personable. Troy again followed up within 3 days to make shure things were going well with the pickup. Tom then sent an E-Mail to thank us for purchasing from them and asked if we had any questions to give him a call. This is not the first time buying from this dealership, but we are always treated the same. More
