This was actually my second experience with Crown Honda in nearly 8 years. Both times I purchased a brand new Honda vehicle. On this occasion I was treated to the services of Michael(Mike) Tan as my sale in nearly 8 years. Both times I purchased a brand new Honda vehicle. On this occasion I was treated to the services of Michael(Mike) Tan as my salesperson. I would be totally remiss if I didn't disclose what an exceptional experience this was. Mike was all knowledgeable about the products he sells and had answers for ALL of my considerable questions. He left no stone unturned in an effort to help me get what I sincerely believe was the very best deal to be had...and FAR better than any other dealer I had spoken with. Crown Honda was MORE than fair with me and met every challenge I gave them. I am utterly and completely pleased with my purchase(it's a HONDA!) and the dealership in every way, including service after the sale. Mike went out of his way even after the sale to assist me in ways he really didn't have to.
