We couldn’t have asked for a more polite, professional, and knowledgeable fellow to assist us. Kaden was backed up by a top notch managerial staff who knew their business and got right down to it with genuine friendliness and respect (Frank and Kory come to mind here). Also absolutely worth mentioning is the finance manager Tu Le. Tu worked hard to ensure we got a fantastic finance deal and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the process. We went in knowing what we wanted and Kaden narrowed things down and picked out the perfect one for us. It has everything we wanted and more. We camp a lot and do road trips to California regularly so it included features that we wouldn't have thought of but are highly beneficial to our driving lifestyle. Chris, Darrek, Steven and Tu all interacted with us during the process and all of them were so friendly and not pushy at all!
