I have dealt with dealerships in the past and always felt I was rushed into a purchase so this time I decided to do my homework. I had NO intention of buying but just wanted to see what they would offer me I was rushed into a purchase so this time I decided to do my homework. I had NO intention of buying but just wanted to see what they would offer me on my Toyota Tacoma as a trade in, what interest rates I could expect etc. The experience was so positive I bought a Subaru outback that same day and must say I have been elated with my purchase. Not only was the associate, Gabe Hale, professional, informed and supportive of my request he listened to my concerns. I was given the highest offer of all the dealerships I visited, the interest rates that would help me achieve the payment I was shooting for. I felt they were willing to work with me and were willing to do whatever it took to sell me a vehicle. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to give them a chance. Good experience with Kaden Nguyen today. Would have liked a much more market-driven trade-in offer.
