Gabe Hale was my point of contact, and the reason I agreed to place a deposit over the phone for my Subaru Outback. Gabe's customer skills are impeccable!! When there was a hiccup in the arrival of my car, due to Covid and shipping delays, the whole team stepped in to communicate the issue and the solution. I have negotiated leases and purchases for 11 cars and this was by far the most stream lined, up front, efficient experience I have ever had.
