I had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Braman, West Palm Beach. I drove one hour each way and spent three full hours at the dealership, only for the car I was interested in to be sold out Braman, West Palm Beach. Lev Vinogradov and his management team completely wasted my time and showed no regard for fairness or professionalism. This experience made it clear that they do not run an honest business. If you’re in the market for a used car, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Save yourself the time, the frustration, and the feeling of being misled. This dealership clearly prioritizes profit over integrity. More

Deal too good to refuse! Daniel Natarelli went above and beyond! I went to test drive a 2016 X1 M sport. I had been looking at them online for 2 months. I arrived and due to r Daniel Natarelli went above and beyond! I went to test drive a 2016 X1 M sport. I had been looking at them online for 2 months. I arrived and due to recall they are not able to sell them yet. Daniel found an X3 M sport 2017 and was able to sell it to me at the same price as the X1. They gave me a great price for trade in and Turk got me a Low interest rate. I was already pre approved at Disney’s credit union and thought I had a great rate but they cut it in half!! I ended up with a year newer vehicle and a better model! It was a huge upgrade. I can’t believe I almost settled and used someone else for an older car. On top of the longer warranty and certified pre owned. We were there almost 5 hours as Daniel drove me around to all their lots just so I could still see the X1s. We compared them side by side, he also got me some amazing pasta from their employee lunch because I was starving . He almost bought me steak from a local steak house too lol ! Turk was kind and made sure we had the price we wanted to pay per month and made it pretty painless. I will definitely go back to them for my next car and I have already told my neighbor to use them as she is in the market for a new car soon and she loves bmw !! More
