After having an unpleasant experience at Audi Raleigh, I decided to give Audi Cary a chance. From the very beginning, when I first stepped foot into the building, I was greeted with professionalism and frie decided to give Audi Cary a chance. From the very beginning, when I first stepped foot into the building, I was greeted with professionalism and friendliness. Ty was able to help answer the questions that I had about the Q3 and the Q5. I knew somewhat of what I wanted but wasn’t completely sure. He made sure to go over all the aspects of the car and what I wanted as well as answered all my questions. I was able to test drive and see all options available without trying to be sold to. As I myself am in sales, it’s an aspect of the car buying process that I’m not a huge fan of. I hate “being sold to” as I know how these things go. Selling is built on relationships, not trying to force a sell and I can 100% say that Ty is at the core of building relationships. Not once did I feel like he was trying to push a sell on me. He listened to what I was looking for and had more of a consultative approach, which again being in sales, I appreciate more than I can express. I went in not anticipating to purchase car that day but because of how great ty treated me, and the numbers, I walked out that day with a brand new Q3! I’ll def highly recommend Ty to my friends and family. Thank you Ty! More
