Ty at Fisher Honda responded to my online interest. He was very responsive and then we set up an appointment for me to test drive and see what would be what. He was great. There was no pushing for what I did not want, he took whatever time was needed to explain what was what on the vehicle dash board and made sure after I said yes to get the car ready and to see if any of the other accessories I had identified were in stock. When it came to the price he explained everything and when I said I was not interested in something he supported my wishes. He provided my choices and excepected my decisions without any pressure. Once he was done with me I worked with Mike for the final financing paperwork. Again Mike presented options but excepted my decisions without and pressure. I am female and it was absolutely fantastic to work with a dealership that did not try to treat me in a negative way and excepted that I did know what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Fisher Honda both Ty and Mike. More

My husband and me did some research before we went over to Fisher Honda Kia dealer on Arapahoe. We met Ty Freese; he was the salesperson assigned to us. In less than 90 minutes we not only made the decision on the car but had all the paperwork ready to sign. That was one of the most pleasant and shortest experience we have had at a car dealer. Ty is new to his role but he knew exactly where to go to get answers. He communicated clearly and provided us with all the information we needed. He was very accommodating and made sure we got all our questions answered. We returned one week later with proof of insurance to pick-up the car and that process was just as smooth.
