Ty was easy to work with, understanding our need for limited LED displays due to sensitivity we have to bright lights. So a new car was out. We ended up with a 10 year old car with lower miles. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the particular car we looked at. (New features of cars are hard for us being older. They are hard to adjust too.) The no haggle 1 price takes away the stress about having to act uninterested in order to get a better price. My mechanic looked at the car before we committed to purchase, and just as Ty assured us, This used car was in pristine condition. Ty then took care of us, getting meetings lined up with finance, and even suggested closing the curtains in the finance office to accommodate our sensitivity to bright lights. More

My experience with Ty Freese at Fisher Honda was terrific. He contacted me after I looked on the website for a new or gently used car. I drove the car, he set the radio, clock etc while showing me how to do it. Explained all the safety features as well as where the gas tank was, how the hood opened, mirrors, trunk etc. I felt very good driving the car home. Ron-the finance man - was also very good to work with. Neither men pressured me at all. I had a Honda before so used the service department for 17 years. I was very happy with them as well. I had the Best experience with Fisher Honda. I walked in asked for help and Ty Freese volunteered and it was the smoothest, easiest time I have had buying a car. I took it for a test drive and asked if I could drive across town to show my mother who is 82, and we were just in a car accident after Christmas when someone ran a red light on Arapahoe and we are still shaken up. Anyway he didn't mind, and we had the deal done in about an hour and half. I went and got a check and Neil also helped me. They have a customer for life. Thank you , Ty and Neil -oh I also had my dog Buddy with me the whole time, they got hime some water. We were really taken care of. Can't say enough good things about the staff. Thank you!! More
