Orland Toyota was excellent I drove all the way from Michigan to purchase my vehicle from Orland Toyota, and except for a bit of a wait to see the finance guy, my entire experien I drove all the way from Michigan to purchase my vehicle from Orland Toyota, and except for a bit of a wait to see the finance guy, my entire experience was wonderful. From the first email I sent inquiring about the car, Carolyn Timejardine responded to me first thing the next morning. She was the brightest star out of my entire experience. She got me connected with Ty, who also is an awesome person, and she even took the time to come out and meet us when we got to the dealership. I was first connected with Adrian, who I also got to meet when I got there, and he also was SUPER nice and took the time to stop and introduce himself and chat with me, even though you all were pretty busy. Ty got us taken care of quickly but it was a bit of a wait for the finance person, however, when I did get to see him, he got us in and out in a matter of minutes so we could get back on the road to go home. This is one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership in a while. Thank you and please especially thank Carolyn, Ty and Adrian for me. More

They tricked me into a horribly high interest rate. I bought 3 cars from them and NEVER again. They tricked me with a very high interest rate for my loan and I have an A- rating for my credit. My wife I bought 3 cars from them and NEVER again. They tricked me with a very high interest rate for my loan and I have an A- rating for my credit. My wife will need another Toyota in several months and we will go elsewhere along with my mother-in-law. No more Orland Toyota vehicles ever again. I should had been careful before signing but I trusted them which was a HUGE mistake. That's okay Orland Toyota...... I am done with you forever. More

Unsatisfied When i stopped in to toyota i came in for a tore repair for tires that i had previously purchased not long ago. I asked the gentleman who checked me i When i stopped in to toyota i came in for a tore repair for tires that i had previously purchased not long ago. I asked the gentleman who checked me in how much it would be and he told me i would only pay for taxes and labor. He estimated it to be at most $40. When i came back to pick up my total was $57 and i asked them why. They told me that i was responsible for taxes, parts and labor. I told them i wasnt aware of that and asked for them to call the gentleman that checked me in. It turned out he went home and they stated that i would have to still pay $57 and after they talked to the gentleman they would call me back the next day and give me the difference back. I have yet to hear back from them. They treated my mother and i rude and i wont buy another car there. More

Great car but took a long time The car and the deal was great . Loved working with our salesman Ty. The major issue was the waiting time for the financial processing time. There was minimal communication throughout the financial process and took around 3 hours and only spoke to the finance person 2 times in the whole process (1 check in point and the final paperwork time). More

Not A satisfied Customer Second Time Around This dealership needs an audit. First, internet price and the sale price advertised was 1050.00 different. Over price The finance manager behavior demeanor was unprofessional and unacceptable. Waiting to be financed took over 1 hour. I had to follow up about the 9.4 interest rate with a 7.21 credit score which was unacceptable. I am a repeated customer. The finance manager need to be terminated. When I question how he came to the figures? He ripped the contract up and storm out of the office. I almost walk out on the deal. The original for my trade was 2500.00 He tried to only give me 500.00. He ate up my trade for a warranty that I should have had an option of other warranties that was not offered. My saleman Ty was great! I am waiting my refund that should be 1050.00. The difference of the internet advertising price instead of 13 444.00 which was never posted on the Orland Toyota website. I am a repeat customer from 4 yrs ago and Brother purchased a jeep from he re because of my referral. I didn't appreciate the finance manager unprofessional, switching numbers because I am a female and African american. I will follow up with Toyota president and head quarters so no other customer will experience this going forward. This dealership / management must be held accountable misrepresentat ion held internet advertisement and a breakdown of warranty to each customer. I'm sure the finiance manager put some of my trade 2500.00 in his pocket. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. I wish now, I had walk away like I started. They owe me and want my refund ASAP. Not happy. Not a good experience second time around. 2500 00 for a warranty is a lot of money. I never got a breakdown of the warranty. You cannot assume a customer money and finance it over the loan he started a 5 yrs. 6 months. Than changed after me questioning for 5 yrs. A 2 yrs. Warranty for a 5 yr. Fininace. I paying finance for 3 additional yrs. With no warranty. Total rip off. Need to be audited ASAP. The customers are the one to pay your salaries and keep your doors open. No customers ? No Toyota..no jobs. Ask GM! More
