Great experience in car buying! I recently purchased a car from Orland Toyota and I had fun doing so. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ty Martin, my salesperson, knew all about I recently purchased a car from Orland Toyota and I had fun doing so. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ty Martin, my salesperson, knew all about the car and showed all the bells and whistles to me. He showed several vehicles that fit what I wanted so I had choices. He kept in touch and let me know the status of the vehicle since it needed some repair before purchase. I visited the dealership several times and was always greeted by the staff. When I had to wait someone always made sure I had a chilled bottle of water and a place to sit. They also were prepared to answer my questions. Other than the wait for the 'finance guy' and the amount of time spent in finance everything was good. It's not the 'finance guy's' fault. It might be the antiquated computer system they have to use. It takes almost as much time to buy a car as it does to buy a house! My friends, neighbors, family, and I have had the same financing experience at other dealerships, even in other states, so it is not just Orland Toyota or the State of Illinois. I hadn't purchased a car in many years and I was hoping that the process had been improved. I highly recommend Orland Toyota! More

After further though about this i researched a few Toyota Dealerships and found 1 that had the exact car i wanted. Sorry to say my purchase was at a different Toyota dealership. Upon entering the building I was greeted by friendly people who answered all my questions. There was NO HiGH PRESSUE. They were willing to give me a price in writing when I told them that I was shopping people who answered all my questions. There was NO HiGH PRESSUE. They were willing to give me a price in writing when I told them that I was shopping around. The quote was my cost out the door and would be honored if I came back. I went back two days later and the price was still honored. When I purchased the car Ty went out to the car and was very patient explaining all the features on the car and told me that I could come back at any time for further instructions. I am seventy years young and require the extra attention. Yesterday, was a week that I owned the car and needed to go back for a review on how to operate some of the features. It was NO PROBLEM. Al was right there to help me through it. I highly recommended this dealership to old friends and new ones. More
