Best car buying experience! Ty Rivers was extremely knowledgable about each of the cars we looked at, as well as the financial aspect. He took his time to explain everything. The finance part was so quick and easy! After the purchase Ty walked me through setting up each of the features and made sure I knew how every single thing worked. I Love my new car! More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I can't say enough at how please I was with this transaction, how smoothly it went, how curteous Ty Rivers and Marcos Gutierrez and the sales managers I can't say enough at how please I was with this transaction, how smoothly it went, how curteous Ty Rivers and Marcos Gutierrez and the sales managers all were. I conducted most of the conversation with Ty over email and text messages in the week or so prior to actually going into the dealership. Much of the deal was done before I ever had to physically show up. Once there to do paperwork I was impressed with the politeness and professionalism. Ty had already had the truck cleaned up and ready for a test drive. With most of the paperwork already completed online and through emails uploads I went to the finance office where Marcos walked me through the details and optional service agreements. No one was ever pushy, they were respectful of my time, and I was in and out the fasted I have ever purchased a vehicle (I think this is about my 20th car, so this wasn't my first rodeo). Ty took a lot of time after the sale to personally instruct me on how to set up the info/UConnect system in my RAM 2500 and provided me with additional video tutorials in case I forget anything. They gave me a full tank of fuel and a really nice thank you gift. Nice touch! Not sure what my next vehicle will be and when I'll buy another because I'm in love with this truck, but I'm absolutely sure that the FIRST and PREFERRED dealership will be one of Don Davis Group's and I'll definitely be conducting business with Ty. Thanks, guys, for such a great deal and great experience. You all rock! More
