Originally from Eastern Washington, grew up on a farm and later as a Navy dependent. Served in the US Air Force as an accountant. Began as a service porter in Seattle WA., practiced as a warranty administrator, assistant service manager and as a service manager at two stores with the last one for fifteen years. Have three daughters and a son, with my son and youngest daughter playing sports for Prosper schools. My wife of eighteen years is also in the automotive business and works for one of our competitors.

Courteous, did what I asked (potential wrong battery notice from Toyota - battery too small), no pressure, diagnosis was accurate (wrong size battery), but not an issue (battery was a little bigger than notice from Toyota - battery too small), no pressure, diagnosis was accurate (wrong size battery), but not an issue (battery was a little bigger than recommended size, voltage and amperage acceptable).
