I’ve been putting off submitting this review, but it keeps coming back to lack of being thorough on the tech side for the repair. They basically threw every part at it until it was fixed. Being an in between year on the heater system threw them for a loop, but components still weren’t checked, lines weren’t followed to see what actual components were in the care and the cleanliness was lacking on the back end when cleaning up coolant after multiple components were replaced. As a tech myself for 10+ years, cleaning up a coolant mess is crucial, difficult yes, but crucial. The engine had puddles of coolant all over it and not just in “hard to reach” places. I soaked up quite a bit right on top with my shop rags. They were very respectful on the phone, just don’t seem seasoned or heavily experienced. They were always doing anything they could, but had our vehicle for about 3 weeks and had another part that was on back order that they were going to replace that would have been every part replaced. They couldn’t get the part…. I found it available next day from a dealership in Michigan. Seem like nice people that got caught in a weird spot and didn’t know what to do or how to do it. More

I would have given 5 stars, but my hood was not fully latched and drove 20 miles on hwy 30 at 60mph not knowing it could have come open at any moment. If that would have happened it could have caused a latched and drove 20 miles on hwy 30 at 60mph not knowing it could have come open at any moment.
