I sent my car in on monday to get the shocks done. They did not have a loner car so I went back home. I kept waiting for a phone call from the dealership about a loner car return, I had to call sever They did not have a loner car so I went back home. I kept waiting for a phone call from the dealership about a loner car return, I had to call several times , and all I got was the run around. I finally had the work done elsewhere. I have done business here since the mid 1996.. I have never had such bad service, till now. More

Very good. The vent was not blowing air until I pulled into the bay. Then it started working fine. They could not get it to duplicate the problem. Service rep was very good and waiting area and time were fine. Unfortunately after my car was ready and I left, I had to return within hours as check engine light came on . The rep apologized and had it che fine. Unfortunately after my car was ready and I left, I had to return within hours as check engine light came on . The rep apologized and had it checked. This took another hour or so and as I understand the issue, technician forgot something after performing service. Rep again apologized and I left. More
