You brought our van in to get the hood painted and a side panel by the driver side front window painted. We were told it would take 2 to 3 days max. It took a week and a day. There was no communication. and when we came to pick it up, it hadn’t even been done right there’s still chips in the hood and I had to argue with the salespeople that it wasn’t done properly instead of offering to get it fixed properly, they’re gonna get us touch up paint. Also, when my wife went to pick up the rental car, it took 40 minutes and then they gave her the wrong rental car. We brought in a Honda Odyssey minivan and you guys gave us a Nissan Centra.
