I only needed to have my 8000 mile tire rotation that was covered under the new car warranty, so this was a non major event. A video of the car inspection was sent to me showing the inspection of the brakes covered under the new car warranty, so this was a non major event. A video of the car inspection was sent to me showing the inspection of the brakes, tire tread, fluids, etc. This was done on an Ioniq5 EV and all results were as expected for a new vehicle. I forgot to ask when I came in about the Consumer Reports review that was very positive about the Ioniq5 EV except for a part that has been failing and that the replacement parts also have an chance of failing. How is this problem being addressed? Otherwise, all is great with the service department and the car. More

Everyone has been extremely helpful and professional. They helped me understand the features on my Tuscan. Every time I go, they know my name and treat me like family. Their customer service i over the top.
