I took my car in late in the afternoon on a Wednesday and the service team had it diagnosed within 2 hours and had it repaired by 9:30am the following morning. Service manager Chris D. was very helpful and e the service team had it diagnosed within 2 hours and had it repaired by 9:30am the following morning. Service manager Chris D. was very helpful and easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the repairs. I was able to utilize the shuttle service to get a ride home and then back to the dealership the next day. I really like the text feature where the mechanic takes a video of the various aspects of your vehicle, explaining what was checked and what issues were found. I was able to authorize the repairs via text which I felt helped expedite the process. More
