This was my first experience with the dealership after purchasing the new car. While I didn't care for the appointment experience, the actual appointment went well. I didn't like setting up the appointm purchasing the new car. While I didn't care for the appointment experience, the actual appointment went well. I didn't like setting up the appointment because there were no options for 8,000 mile service, you had to select what was needed which required going to the manual to find out exact requirements for that interval. Other brands I've had offer pre-defined options for each service interval. The arrival and check in process was smooth and simple. The waiting area was nice, clean and stocked with drinks and snacks (could offer more sugar free beverage options). The wait time was very reasonable and the service review and check out experience was quick and professional. There were recalls so I needed to make another appointment, the process went smoothly with the advisor very helpful in finding a time slot that worked. Definitely will not hesitate on going back for further service. More
