I was very pleased with the service. I drop the vehicle off and picked up the cross track in the evening. Each staff member takes the time to listen to my concerns and then effectively communicate them to the technician who will work on my professional. Just had my car serviced. That experience was great. I was given a review of Subaru by a friend who said they left during the buying process because they were so turned of That experience was great. The salesman was....ok. Not the most professional person. The manager on, which was one guy, had a few peoblems getting us our paperwork. They were stressed, and it showed, which is why this review is as nice as it is. They need to train more people to be able to perform at their highest level with absenses if personell. This is all a personal preference and a review based more on personality than the sale, but I will say again it could have gone better. But... it also could have been much worse. More
