Tyler went above and beyond for us. This is our 3rd vehicle through D&M but our prior Dealer was no longer there and this was going to be our 1st lease. Tyler fully explained the lease This is our 3rd vehicle through D&M but our prior Dealer was no longer there and this was going to be our 1st lease. Tyler fully explained the lease option and process. Last two times we knew the exact car we wanted. This time they no longer made any of those so we had to start from scratch. The first few day we nailed a couple options down. He brought me my 1st pick to drive for a day and we committed to that model. We drove a 4x4 version as well but the ride was rougher so we went with the 1st option only he found one a year newer with 20,000 less miles. He is a non stop force at working for you day and evening to get you in the car you love! Thank you Tyler. More
