Especially annoying was that my wife specifically indicated she wanted to communicate over email, but different people from this place kept calling her or trying to call her. Terrible experience. Joan worked hard to earn my business. Much better sales associate than most I've met. Worthwhile to at least give him a shot and see if you can come to an agreement.
