I was the third vehicle in line to get my oil changed at 7:00am. An employee called in sick and it took an hour and forty minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Another vehicle behind me finishe 7:00am. An employee called in sick and it took an hour and forty minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Another vehicle behind me finished before me. Tyler told his co-workers to complete my truck as I was further in line. However, they didn’t listen. The mechanics started at 7 and drank coffee before changing anyone’s oil. I bought my vehicle from John Chase and would highly recommend the dealership. However, I’ll go to Sanborn Chevrolet next time to get my oil changed. Way too long of wait For an oil and tire rotation. More

I love Chase Chevrolet, but post covid their quality control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid c control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid change, but that would take an additional 2-3 hours. Nearly six hours later my truck is handed back to me with the TPMS system not working (working prior to arrival though) and told hopefully after driving some it would come back. Nope, a 6 hour drive later and unable to return to Chase, 5 of my 6 sensors came alive. I stopped by my local Les Schwab to replace the bad sensor, or at least I thought. Nope as it turns out the sensor was destroyed when the tech at Chase removed my tires for rotation. On a positive note I reached out to Matt Constant to rectify the situation and he assured me that he would fix the issue and make it right with me. This is why I always come back to Chase Chevrolet, they stand behind their work, however this is the second time something has had to have been made right with a tire rotation on my truck, on the quick lube side, on top of the nearly 6 hour wait. When I picked my car up the check engine light was on. Was not on when I dropped it off. I had to bring my car to Saborn Chevy to see why the light came on. It was because they broke my oil dip stick during the oil change. Cashier girl was rude on the phone complaining to someone about her day. I will not be using Chase Chevy again. More

Your staff is friendly enough, but not too attentive to detail. I had a spare tire in the back of my truck and they put a new tire on the spare tire that I had put on to get there and then I had to make tw detail. Recently I had an oil change and tire rotation at their quick-lube department and after several hours, they were not able to rotate my tires in the time that I planned for the whole process (roughly 3 hour quick-lube department and after several hours, they were not able to rotate my tires in the time that I planned for the whole process (roughly 3 hours). In addition, I found out the next day that they left the oil fill cap off. Certainly room for improvement. More
