Your staff is friendly enough, but not too attentive to detail. I had a spare tire in the back of my truck and they put a new tire on the spare tire that I had put on to get there and then I had to make tw detail. I had a spare tire in the back of my truck and they put a new tire on the spare tire that I had put on to get there and then I had to make two more trips because somehow the spare tire got put on my truck with a new tire on it, and the air sensor was not in it so it took four trips altogether More

Recently I had an oil change and tire rotation at their quick-lube department and after several hours, they were not able to rotate my tires in the time that I planned for the whole process (roughly 3 hour quick-lube department and after several hours, they were not able to rotate my tires in the time that I planned for the whole process (roughly 3 hours). In addition, I found out the next day that they left the oil fill cap off. Certainly room for improvement. More
